Liz Weaver has over 15 years of experience in the graphic design field. Liz graduated from Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina, with a degree in Communcation Arts. She continued her education at Platt College, Denver, Colorado and still finds time to attend seminars and graphic design software classes to this day.

Liz started her career with Communication Arts Design Studio in Staunton, Virginia. She moved on to work for Qwest (at the time USWest) as a Senior Level graphic designer for a division in Georgetown and in Denver, Colorado. Liz then worked for HINGE, Inc (started when the company was Spot Color). She worked her way up from a junior graphic designer, to the Senior Art Director. From managing the staff, production, working directly with the clients, to graphic designer, Liz was able to learn all aspects of the graphic design field to start her own company. Liz has been focusing on learning more about the changing industry, focusing on website design and wordpress sites.

Liz resides in Loudoun County, Virginia with her husband, two daughters, and Boston Terrier (the office pup). Liz enjoys the outdoors, cycling, and someday hopes to be working from an island.

Jennifer Cassell, Senior Graphic Designer

With over 15 years of graphic design experience, Jennifer is a very talented and well rounded graphic designer. She has maintained and grown many successful and long-term relationships with our clients. As these relationships have grown, so has the graphic design agency. Jennifer continues to explore ways to push the envelope on graphic design.

Jennifer resides in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband and two sons. Jennifer is inspired everyday by the hustle and bustle of the city life.

Maria Nicklin, Illustrator, Copy Writer and Marketing

Maria Nicklin has made a name for herself with her custom, hand-lettering logos and illustrations. She uses both traditional methods as well as modern technology to create eye-catching pieces of artwork. Maria’s work can be found throughout Loudoun County and beyond. Maria is also our exceptional copywriter. She can take something written and masterly turn it into a smooth flowing and enticing marketing piece. Robb Hoffhiens, Online Marketing Guru and Strategist

Robb has been working in the online marketing and interactive media industry since 1996 when he went to work for America Online’s Greenhouse straight out of college helping to create and develop the internet’s first online personals brand, Love@AOL. From there Robb had various Product Management positions from MapQuest to AOL Tickets to AOL Search and AOL.com among others as well as a two year period packaging and selling online advertising to large CPG brands such as Unilever.
